Pros

One of the pros of working at KLS Martin Group are the benefits that they provide.

Cons

Foreign people are not welcome at KLS Martin group. They do not allow you to speak your own language that isn't English. They don't like foreign people at all. People there do not feel comfortable there and are scared of losing their job on a daily basis. If you aren't their favorite workers, you won't stay there very long. There is plenty of discrimination going on. They do not treat people equally and how they should be treated. They set innocent people up to get them fired if they do not like them.

benefits and work environment are great. Company match 401k after 1 year. I believe health+dental were under $ 80 a month

Cons

It was more like a family environment which makes it harder when it comes to promotes employees.

the vacation hours start the day you start, Being able to roll over vacation time or get paid for un used time

Cons

depending on the department there is no career opportunities. If your not part of the in crowd you will not make it
