Pros
It’s like a high school., it’s small and people talk behind your back. When the head of HR is also involved in the toxic culture and airing out peoples dirty laundry, what does that say about the company? If you can survive here, you will do amazing anywhere else.
Cons
Literally everything. Other than the fact that you’ll get a lot of experience really quick, as expected when you’re working 80 hours a week. HR needs to be cleaned out and investigated. Tbh the entire company needs to be invested. I’ve heard rumors that KLS pays their surgeons, sometimes under the table, as well as their “grants” for their teaching programs- just what I heard.
