Business Outlook
Pros
Love the team environment, dress is casual or business/casual, they are very flexible especially during the COVID pandemic, never any workplace drama or issues. Everyone is so kind and makes for a very light work environment.
Cons
Pay is low for the job. Target and McDonalds employees are making the same which no disrespect to either, but it just puts into perspective the pay range. Opportunities to advance are also a bit limited.
