impressive portfolio, people are friendly and encouraging. Growing company.

Cons

HQ wants to become a global supplier however they lack the vision and support to get them there. Worldwide affiliates are not up to date on what is happening at HQ. No system or IT support available around the clock, outages outside of GMT timezones, have to wait

Micromanagement is an ethos here, no one ever trusts you to do your job. If you are on the east coast, run away quickly.
