Great entrance to the medical device industry. Still a small company without the corporate feel.

Cons

Not many territories to go around. A lot of driving in some territories.

Great benefits but pay is not enough for what they ask people to do. They have nice parties and bring food trucks to "show appreciation".

Cons

No work life balance and promotions are based on favoritism not ability to complete the job. Management is a joke.
