4moWe're sorry to hear about your experience. The company has made significant efforts to improve our benefit offerings to employees over the years. The company matches 100% of the first 5% for 401k contributions and the money is vested on Day 1. Employees receive 19 days of PTO starting out (24 if a manager) with 11 scheduled holidays including Veteran's Day. There is an annual discretionary bonus and the medical, dental and vision insurances start the 1st of the month after start date. Our medical plans all offer a low deductible along with a HSA program. Our HR team tries to make improvements to the benefits package every year.
