Pros

Christmas party. They spend big money on it and fly everyone out to the location hosting.

Cons

Very bad office politics; Partners dont give responsibility to young associates; Partners distrustful of each other and associates; lots of back stabbing and petty gossip; No opportunity for growth; Partners don't let you communicate with clients.
