- Low to mid-range compensation. - Family focused benefits that many individuals cannot use. - Managers are promoted for being 'yes men' rather than their qualifications or competence. Many managers knowing deceive and manipulate people to get things done. This leads to poor commitment from individuals and the overall team environment is one of distrust. - No concern for or loyalty towards the employee. You are merely a resource to be cut as soon as your role *may* not be needed and then KONE strictly follows the minimum required by law. I have been through 4 rounds of redundancy negotiations in the last 6 years.
