Great benefits Generally good people to work with

Cons

Women are treated and paid unfairly and DEI is a joke. They only added it for optics. There’s a mass exodus of women across the company. There are so few women and minorities in leadership, which is because their promotions come from within the boys club and if a woman breaks that barrier, she is pushed out.

Most of the office people are good to work with. Projects are interesting. Good work life balance

Cons

There are constant racial problems in the office, people keep reporting said problems, however HR and management keep undermining the reports to the point that you can't trust them, if you are a minority beware.
