Pros
Day shift,Local people's are employed more , no language barrier,everybody speaks in Tamil including HR,lunch and breakfast provided for 400/- a month
Cons
No work life balance, no pay for extra working hours, compulsory to extend if our daily activity not finished, your bonus also will be included in CTC hence it will make one difficult to search for job as most companies won't consider their structure of salary for hikes, Notice period is 90 days and hence no recruiter would consider your profile once you say this, Saturday is working ,located outer the city,very very poor pay for Freshers(around 10-13k ) . Managers are not for managing team they are for managing individuals, extremely poor HR policies,
