      The Company is constantly looking for ways to celebrate your position. through reviews and salary increases and incentives they are always looking for a way to reward you for your hard work.

      Cons

      There are communication issues between the levels of workers and we all heavily depend on each other. it just needs to be better organized. We have a difficult market to work in and sometimes your numbers are based nationwide when we need a more specified target for our area.

      Stable company. Conducts good service which is a rarity when it comes to the major elevator companies. At least in the LA area.

      Cons

      Icentive pay is very low. Make sure to get your money on your base pay because commission is very low. small car allowance and NO GAS card or reimbursement for gas.
