Pros

Dynamic workplace with opportunities for personal learning and growth, thanks to company culture that focus on personal development and full scale learning and development programs, and talent development programs - Culture: Less focus on politics and more on getting job done. Empowerment of people no matter level of position and experience. Work-life balance is present. Year long employee engagement programs dedicated to general health and wellness of employees. Diverse employee population across age, ethnicity, nationality, and increasingly more people from varied industries and career background - Career development: Huge organizational focus on personal learning and development as well as talent development. Many structured programs in place, e-learning library and resources. Opportunity to move on to global/regional positions as well. - Compensation: Reasonable with a variety of support for non-financial areas - Work: Depends on unit and work area but can be pretty fast-paced for B2B industry. Change is the norm here with plenty of focus on continual improvement and goals. Process is viewed as important part as well rather than just having a results-oriented approach to all things. Can expect to be involved in many project collaborations going beyond normal job scope and across business units - Office environment: New office since late 2018 in Kallang area (SG office and Asia Pacific HQ) so office facilities are relatively new and upgrade from previous office site. Near public transport amenities and major roads and expressways.

Cons

- Compensation: Not necessarily the highest paying - Work: Change is constant, not a place for people looking to sail through and take it easy. Involvement in collaborations can be time-consuming and require good project management and time management skills
