Pros
If the position is a global position you get to travel and meet some awesome people globally. Relaxed atmosphere.
Cons
No training program. Upper management does not show they care about employees. Not a lot of room for growth. HR not knowledgeable. Compensation lower than industry. Many people have been at Kone for many years in the same positions are there just waiting on retirement, however, they are not the best employees, they just have years of elevator knowledge but not industry knowledge. No cross training.
