Kone is a very stable company with the benefits of one. There are very many possibilities for career opportunities and changing positions in the matrix.

Cons

Unfortunately a big company comes with its downsides. The bureaucracy and decision making processes are very thorough and time consuming. The salaries are nothing great.

Pros

Excellent work/life balance, good benefits, look after all of us really well. Good salary. Very helpful management. Best thing is the progression - clear path has been laid out for a few of us.

Cons

I suppose there are quite a lot of long processes and a few hoops that need to be jumped through in order to get certain things done. These are all there for good reason but can be time consuming sometimes.
