- governmental company, so stable and good reputation - no overworking (but it depends on the team. - in the team, each have own space, and no one touch what I do in the work time - team meal is held mostly in the lunch time

Cons

- there is a kind of caste system (they discriminate by an appellation or duties making a tea for guests of board member) - in the headquarter, there is not middle position who can work or who know well the business. all freshers and dispatched employees are working in the meantime, the board members give just directions to them
