Not too bad pay, workloads are not very heavy, give opportunities on different functions

Cons

Your jobscopes won't grow vertically but rather lateral Pay won't grow so fast Very hierarchical culture Huge difference on C&B between local hires and HQ hires Too many works that may not related to your job scopes
