Pros

Nothing. Absolutely nothing. The free water was a plus only because Glassdoor won't let me save without min 100 words.

Cons

Everything from business management, work eithics, working environment is absolute worst. I was directed by my managers to forge signatures of "potential clients" to report to the HQ as potential investment opportunities. Local managers will do anything to "make" reports look good to the HQ

All left out people are here. Those who can't get hired by the local companies or global companies, Kotra saves them to work for their manipulating works. So if your skills are tier 3 and below this is the best work to get by.

Cons

you can make good money for meaningless and useless work so you should better put up with it
