Good selection of computer programs.

As an administrator, this company has been brilliant to work for. There is very little red tape or bureaucracy, you can get supplies as needed without jumping through hoops or getting a ton of approvals. There is support from management to grow and learn additional skills and make changes that encourage a better working environment for everyone. Even though it is an engineering organization, the admin staff is valued and supported in the same manner that engineers are. Administrators have access to similar development opportunities, company programs, and volunteer opportunities. The company puts a high value on autonomy and self-direction, so being a self-starter and driven is a must, but if you have passion for your work and want to create a great work environment for folks, you can do that here and be very successful. Benefits are competitive, there are in office perks that make work fun and employees feel appreciated.
