The company is established in the area and continues to bring in great projects. The pay and benefits are competitive. There are a lot of bright young engineers that can be the future of the company. Bi annual Bonuses!!

Cons

A lot of those bright young engineers leave for the a Bigger Better Deal. Not all the CAD groups are keeping up with the industry. Stuck in Basic Programs. No ESOP!!!

Pros

Lots of company resources. Seattle is HQ so there are plenty of engineers and resources however it can also be overwhelming if you're starting out since they're so many resources!

Cons

Some PMs were great, some okay, and some not so great. KPFF has a ton of resources but ultimately the team that you work with = satisfaction that you get out of work. Lack of communication with the PM can result if newer engineers feeling frustrated, and going down a rabbit hole. I would encourage younger engineers to start conversations surrounding expectations if their PM/PE doesn't take the initiative.
