      Pros

      Great work environment. Management takes effort in being fair when it comes to compensation among employees. You get to work on a large variety of project types. Great place to learn the ins and outs.

      Cons

      What you get to do and where you go within the company depends in large part on who you get to work with. This means that people's experience in the office can vary greatly from one person to another. It's very inconsistent in that regard and this can make things political in the long run.

      Interesting projects, enlightened management, lack of bureaucracy, good location, smart co-workers, profit sharing, good opportunities to advance in responsibility

      Cons

      Benefits aren't quite as good as some comparable companies, less opportunity for company ownership than some comparable companies.

      Pros

      Good Place to work, everybody friendly and mostly professional. Fun activity the first Friday of each month. Kind of a yuppie place to work, which is a good thing.

      Cons

      Sometimes the axe may fall without warning with a layoff or let go for mundane reasons. Can't think of much else wrong.
