      Pros

      People are friendly and we get to work with different project managers. People are willing to share knowledge and resources. Young and enthusiastic group of people. Over-time compensation available. Good internship program.

      Low salary. Mediocre benefits. Limit type of projects.

      Pros

      Great work-life balance, very kind employee and leadership base, ability to guide and control your own career. Great autonomy but support when needed.

      Cons

      If you're on the business support side, you will not be given the same growth opportunities. If you advocate for it, some cross-training or certifications are available, but not much else. Pay is extremely below market standard.
