Pros

Managers are flexible and helpful. People are nice and I worked on cool projects. Learned a lot and is still growing.

Cons

Be prepared to work overtime, and there will be a lot of responsibility put on your plate rather quickly. So you have to be good at managing yourself efficiently. Especially when put into PM roles (which can also be put on your plate rather quickly).

Pros

The company has a great culture, and most of the staff are young. They listen to feedback and have grown a lot since I started. You learn a lot quickly. They have now set up a system for how bonuses work and raises work.

Cons

The company has a flat structure, so you need to speak up for yourself or you might get burned out or miss out on opportunities. Your experience really depends on the team you are in. Since there are CAD drafters, you’ll need to plan your deadlines around them and if you don’t know CAD, you’ll have to rely on them staying late if they are willing. This puts engineer/PM in an awkward position.

They really put a lot of effort to teaching new hires.

Cons

Conversely I feel they dont put enough attention towards people in the 4-7 year range. I also feel some office politics
