Pros

Great company that is very employee focused. Allows for all overtime to be used as vacation or will pay you straight time. Focused on providing the best service possible even when it exceeds the scope of the project. Top quality firm that has steady growth and is a great place to work.

Cons

Does not actively invest in continuing education of your employees.

Pros

Young, dynamic work environment. You'll be given chances for increased resposibility early in your career. Flat organization structure means you don't have a lot of company politics. You can start ineracting with clients quickly in your career if you can show good communication skills. Performance is recognized and rewarded. Great social atmosphere, easy to get to know people. Management is somewhat flexible with schedule needs.

Cons

You have to be self-motivated to learn, research, and seek out help when needed. There's some overtime needed for deadline pushes.

Pros

Great place to work for as entry level - up to 3 years. Will get ample opportunities to work on different kinds of projects and clients. Direct daily interaction with clients, consultants, contractors, reviewing agencies. Will get a chance to manage projects and clients in less than 5 yrs. Some flexibility in working hours allowed. Overtime compensation available. Fast paced learning environment.

Cons

Very slow to almost no career progression for mid-level employees due to flat company organization. Bureaucracy in management committee affects career advancement. No authority given to project managers leading to dysfunctional project team and often conflicts - An offshoot of flat company structure. Promises made to employees at all levels never followed upon. Management consists of mediocre managers as leaders. Mediocre benefits and poor compensation - under par with industry standards.
