Cons

Learning GAPS are high as a service based environment. Don't fall for the manager's/HR's assurances. Financial Growth will NEVER happen here, if you're a FRESHER. If you coming as an EXPERIENCED, they pay you well in START, do not expect hikes/promotions.

Supportive peers during the initial learning phase

During the internship, expectations were set for a development-oriented role after clearing evaluations, but final role allocation was testing.
