      Pros

      Great salary and benefits package. Occasional remote work was acceptable in my role. Flexible hours and great working environment that is conducive to collaboration and hard work.

      Cons

      Communication between management and consultants seems to be lacking. Lots of ambiguity from Project Managers when explaining the steps of a task that requires completion. There is a good chance your hard work will never be acknowledged or noticed by management.
