Pros

1) good onsite opportunity 2) once you spent around 1 yr you will be comfortable here. 3) small project but will get opportunity to show your technical ability

Cons

1) High level politics, no policies 2) No team outing or activity,appreciation 3) hire fire system 4) don't know whats going on in company.every time project will be in pipeline which never come 5) acquired by KPIT so now all cons applied of KPIT as well
