Senior colleagues are helpful in case you know some. Excluding management people friendly environment .

Cons

Less personal growth. Will give you extra work load. They want you to do a 10-15 yr exp job with 4-5 yr experience and if you did also no credits or good increment. Hire and fire organization.can fire anytime.

I dint find any pros for employee here.

Cons

No work life balance (Forget weekends, Holidays and Festivals) Even you can not leave office before 9 pm. No good food is also available. You will get a cab after 9 o clock but you have to pay 2500 per month. No good time management and planning from the management side. HR s are very lazyyy. Salary for your work is very very very less.
