Pros

I was working for Computer Vision R&D Projects, they have decent infrastructure to carry out these projects. The work done is in demand right now, so working in them will increase your market value. Co-workers were friendly and helpful. Office location is quite good, friendly people.

Cons

Mediocre middle level management, appraisal policies are hard to understand. R&D projects are also handled in normal IT style, strict time constraints are there.
