      The salary is one of the major concern in all the employees in here. First of all the salary is not as per market standards and also the salary given to similar candidates with having similar skills varies very much which should be taken care.

      Pros

      If you are put efforts and accomplish tasks, then all companies are good. KPIT is very good company and love to be part of it. I thanks to Indian and world entrepreneur and encourage more people to build companies which should create great opportunities for our young generations and children. It will help to move world and sustain human race. Thanks to Management Team for their effort and the way they work stressfully for company to get business, so employees continue to work and enjoy life. No money can compensate their effort.
