      Very bad company, doomed future for everyone

      Lazy work environment, not too much pressure Managers blissfully unaware of their resources Salaries around 10% higher than other service based companies like infy, tcs

      Cons

      Poor management Cheating policies, they don't accept your resignation, but later reduce days randomly based on your leave balance. No good projects, they beg before clients for any kind of work. Even doing it for free for future paid assignments. Do not hesitate to send out people on bench to almost contract based jobs The name used to be KPIT Cummins. Now it's only KPIT. Any guesses why Cummins no longer there. Dissatisfied employees and clients.
