      Good for start but not for long term considering very less (almost no) package growth per year

      Pros

      Comfortable environment.. You can learn and grow by own. Good transport facility available though it is paid one.

      Cons

      Least onsite opportunity as very few projects available apart from one big support project. Frequent night shifts..working on weekends.. If you are on higher package.. Then there is a chance to get low performance rating so as to nullify package in next year...

      Pros

      Tough to find Pros as of now and not just for me but many of the employees in last 2 years.

      Cons

      Very bad employee support for growth. Poor to nil employee training. No employee growth plan or road map. Circumstances designed so employees are frustrated and leave the company. Unfortunate but the company website has data which is 100% false. I am fully aware as I am the PM. It is a body shopping store in IT.
