Good onsite opportunities, good for freshers, having good projects in which anyone can grow with the help of managers.

Cons

Poor managers. Low allowance. Low satisfaction level. Client first seems good as a corporate value but they didn't think for employee.

1) If you are lucky, you may work on pretty good projects, may get short/long term onsite opportunities and make money. 2) Friendly environment, decent workload.

Cons

1) Poor salary, very poor increment on promotion, poor yearly hike. 2) Primitive software tool chains used in some projects. 3) You can grow fast if you butter your manager.
