      Pros

      Lots of customers and a variety of projects. If you are allocated to a god project the scope of learning is very high. Also if your performance is good, you can be given greater responsibility and can get promoted to higher positions soon.

      Cons

      The starting package for freshers is quite less. So over a period of time people start to feel that they are being paid less despite getting a decent hike in percentage.
