      Has all policies which will allow them to pay less to the employee.

      Pros

      Good learning experience. If the person gets selected for management role all he/she needs to know is excel sheet.

      Cons

      The have all the policies like KRA (Key result area) and KBA (Key behavior area) which will help them screw the employee. The pay rise is nominal. Work load is more. Very poor work-life balance.

      It is good start for freshers. good work life balanace. Canteen and gym facilities are good Senior management is good

      Cons

      employee career growth is limited. No profession culture in the organisaiton. HR is pathetic need to look into middle management as they are taking the decision own decision which is keeping the company at risk
