      Brand Name, have a strong presence in Automotive, Manufacturing and IT Consulting Verticals. Have their own Product launched in the market for Hybrid Car Solution

      Cons

      Poor Employee Retention policy, Need to work more on the infrastructure side.

      Pros

      - Excellent ethos. - Humanitarian outlook. - If you get a good project, good for you. I didnt, struggling to get out. It had its advantages (onsite etc..). - Good work culture. - Good onsite policies, compared to competition.

      Cons

      - Over dependence on Cummins projects. - Most of the Oracle (D2K) bucket stuck with rote donkey work. Competitors run away with plum projects. Left over scraps get handed over. - Some visa related tomfoolery at the expense of their resources. Hope they have learnt their lesson and stopped now. - Below par pay. But hey, the work is below par too. Throw peanuts and you get monkeys.
