      Gud organization for starters.Friendly workplace atmosphere..

      Cons

      Long time shifts and some times hectic..otherwise the company work culture is gud.More stress relieving activites should be performed

      Pros

      As it has less bureaucracy, suggestion is heard. As a small group/teams growth opportunity is more. As you work with many clients, you gain knowledge of different design flows, different work culture in different companies. Job of a manager of a outsource company is more challenging compared to a product company since here one has to manage 3 sides: You superior, your subordinates and your client.

      Cons

      As an outsourcing company work is driven by client and monotonous/manual jobs can irritate your employees. In Indian market iteration rate is more and keeping the team motivated is a challage.

      Pros

      The company is a good company to learn, especially good for people seeking embedded experience. The other Manufacturing Domain is also pretty good. Overall not a bad company to work with and policies are pretty flexible and encourages ideas and promotes new ideas.

      Cons

      Restricted to one location, Salaries not too high, some new domains are still growing, so its not a company with all technologies and domains. Pay scale is also pretty okay, not too high. Employees are satisfied, but not hyper about the company.
