      * Wide number of projects in automotive industry * Look for the big names they are working with.

      * No timely promotions, No clarity in appraisal process, salary below average. * Management doesn't listen to you * Feedback are just for the namesake. * Employee Satisfaction : What is that ?

      People, Embedded Systems Current focus is on 1 Billion revenue

      Cons

      a) No transparency at all b) it is a body shopping company. eats up lot of money from client but pays very little to employees c) IBU, SBU, Country Management - there are so many confusing organization paths
