      The only positive aspect was the company’s location and the surrounding area.

      1. There was a lack of transparency in management decisions, and opportunities to learn or improve were not considered by the managers. 2. Termination occurred without any proper reasoning. 3. Former employees are not being paid adequately.

      Nothing is good in KPIT... management is hell bulshit.

      False assuranse.. lobbiesm... fake promise .. always salary cut in disguise... celebrate success based on false data...expert in making foolish to client as well employee. Never ever join this fake company. Also they manupulate share price based on the false data.
