Pros
It was my first ever company hence I got to learn a lot here. Work culture is good here though it depends on the project. For me in my first project, 'Denso' we worked really hard but there was a work life balance however in my If at all you want to learn and increase your knowledge you should definitely work here in your initial years but you need to compromise on the pay. If you have prior experience of 3 to 4 years and then you join KPIT they will give you really good pay.
Cons
In my second project. 'Continental', it was a hectic schedule with no work life balance. We worked on weekends too for almost 3-4 months at a stretch. I was too tiring as we worked 4 to 5 hours overtime daily. As compared to the efforts we put in we did not get equivalent rise. Employee satisfaction was hugely affected due to this. The HR team would not let you change the project even though you have appropriate reasons instead they would say there are no other openings and I cannot let you change the project. They will not even change your role in the team easily. It will happen only if you put down your papers, only then you would get a role change. This caused so many employees to leave there job within joining of 2 or 3 months time.
