      Pros

      After joining as a fresh graduate, training was done intensively. Really enjoyed the training days and the Pune office, people were really helpful as well as the trainers.

      Cons

      After release from training, there were no projects at all. They incubated in projects, made us do work without allocation, asked to relocate to Bangalore without any travel reimbursement, and then said that we are out of the project, as client's budget does not permit. Full politics is going on here. I would not suggest anyone to be a part of this environment.
