      Nice work culture . I have loved the campus at pune phase 3 location.

      Mostly testing related project. No job security . low pay for new joinees.

      1. Good opportunity to learn specific automotive technologies (like AUTOSAR, ADAS, or Infotainment) if you are lucky enough to get assigned to a core project. 2. While upper management is distant, the immediate team members and junior leads are generally collaborative, helpful, and technically strong.

      Cons

      1. Major decisions regarding variable pay, working models, or benefits are implemented overnight without any prior communication or logic shared with the workforce. 2. The promotion and hike process is a "black box." There is no clear feedback loop explaining how ratings were decided, and hard work often doesn't translate to fair compensation.

      Good Projects and good clients.

      Cons

      Too much internal politics. KPIT managers are worst even if client managers are happy they will pressure you like anything. KPIT internal managers are non technical so they don't understand work needs and creates unnecessary politics and pressure
