I have been working in KPIT since 2+ years now. Unlike my previous organization KPIT is very good at so many factors like: Hybrid work Model No micromanagement Supportive Management Challenging work and upto date Processes Always focusing on AI and encouraging employees to use AI in projects by providing good internal courses on AI.

Cons

KPIT is enough big as an organization and can have its office in Hyderabad as well.
