Point which always irritated me through out my journey in KPIT US
Pros
Company is great if you want to grow in automotive industry. Great subject matter experts. Wide range of automotive customers and projects. Very supporting offshore teams, onsite management.
Cons
HR department - HR department doesn't respond to any request even if you are present or former employee. I doubt if they even work at least 1/7 days in a week. Most of the current or former employees in US would agree to my review. See even in glass door, we do not see ratings for HR department. How funny. Most of the times employees interact with customers, co-workers, Managers, HR, IT. Core customer of HR should be employee but not the company itself. Sadly, whole world is looking it the other way. An employee in US would approach any HR only if he really needs something or atleast acknowledgement for his request. I'm writing this review after struggling for 4 years with the HR team. Every time, even for an information, I need to do multiple followups with multiple persons in Cc. Here we are spoiling the US work culture too.
