      1. As being the Service base Organization you many get projects running across the different Practices in different Technologies. 2. Good to start career as a Fresher

      Cons

      1. Always given a Priority to the Revenue Projects i.e. Customer based Projects which give billing to the Organization. 2. Less importance to the individual desire to learn new things but more to focus on what customer is require. 3.If you stuck in any customer Project(Revenue) where the work is not so quality then it is very difficult to come out of it and get another as Management give importance ti the Revenue generation Project.
