Pros
Lot of smart people, great location on Centennial Campus, relatively causal environment, interesting work product, good benefits.
Cons
Post acquisition of I-Cubed, there were multiple cuts/layoffs over several months that seemed to have no rhyme or reason, each round leading to continued loss of morale and an "am I next?" mindset. Not very conducive to efficient work, which results in unhappy customers. Pay, across all role types, was relatively low for the market.
