Pros

KPMG is a great place to get good experience. If you work there long enough you are setting yourself up for a lot of opportunities.

Cons

The company is set up like a hierarchy, and until you become a partner of the company you will be treated as a peasent. Within the hierarchy there is tight knit circles of employees who gossip about those who are not in the circle. If you can become a part of this circle you have a better chance of working your way up the hierarchy. I did not feel as if my peers were trying to help me to succeed, but rather trying to put me down to bring themselves up. During employee reviews the management does a very poor job at helping find your strengths, and instead finds your flaws and exacerbates them. The culture of this company needs improvement.

Pros

None....look elsewhere. Bad people. Bad environment. Faux promotion potential. Unreliable management feedback. The worst professional level job/company I’ve worked for to date. Money wasn’t good either.

Cons

The backstabbing people (and management) who pretend to be friends, while threatening your job for their personal vendetta and for their own bonus and promotion. Work elsewhere. You can do better.
