Résumé builder, good benefits, computer equipment - everything that comes standard with any other big 4 or mid size firm

Cons

Men-dominated culture, favoritism, 75+ hours even outside of busy season, terrible morale pushed down from top, turnover

Pros

Having Big Four on the resume is huge 5 weeks vacation

Cons

Yes, the hours could be long but the worst was that everything was always a competition. The fastest way to make yourself look better was to make sure other people looked incompetent. It make it very hard to learn new things or get better at my job. There were a few people that were delightful to work for that managed to climb up without being jerks to everyone around them but they were very rare.
