      Leadership at KPMG takes advantage of top performers

      Pros

      Prestige of working for a global brand. Opportunities to work with great organizations. Good benefits.

      Cons

      The best performers have to carry the weight of those that either cannot get an engagement, or cannot carry the work load due to lack of technical or people skills. The leadership allows it to happen. They ride on your coat tails as much as the non-performers. If you can get good engagements, and do the work, they will work you 7 days a week all year long.

      1.Great name on your resume 2. You will learn a ton about the IT audit process. 3. Flexability in where you work. (Sometimes home, different offices if travelling, etc)

      Cons

      1. My main con is that they will try to get the most out of you. Baiscally you are a resource in which they want to make the most out of you and burn you out as quickly as possible. 2. Limited Training. 3. Long hours 4. Lack of recognition 5. Low pay 6. No Life
