Pros

learning opportunity by online. it's mandatory but you may not have time to take it unless you stay late at office.

Cons

no personal life. Very stressful from utility rate which can be criteria to lay off. Firm always claims that utility rate is just rate. but it's very important to survive there. However, you can't charge hours over budget hours and firm policy says that you should charge actual hours which doens't make sense at all. So, you have to work for free for clients whose budget is not enough.

Pros

community involvement, 5 weeks paid time off each year, it is the Big 4 - resume booster, the people are great

Cons

very client oriented so client demands can get overwhelming, dealing with multiple managers/partners can be overwhelming, because it is such a huge organization, to get things done can be an administrative nightmare
