DOPE if you want a stable job, NOPE if you want an interesting job

Pros

Very stable job, almost impossible to get fired If you are lucky you get to work with very young people (when you manage to be at the headquarter) Good name on the CV

Cons

After 3 months the work become repetitive and boring No place for any sort of creativity or personal opinion Too much hierarchy, almost impossible to change the type of work you do Business trips in isolated town of the milanese hinterland Terrible work-life balance, work overtime is considered normal and oviously is not paid (weekends included). If you go away at 18.00 you are considered a slacker Low salary in comparison with the competitors

Pros

1) Clear career growth and development scheme. 2) Processes and policies are clear. 3) Extended learning opportunities (professional qualifications, hard and soft skills trainings). 4) Days off in lieu of ovwertimes accumulated.

Cons

1) The assessment and promotions can be unfair (receiving a final rate) due to numberous factors. 2) Salary is lower, than average market salaries. 3) Excessive overtimes during busy season. 4) The criteria of assessment of the project work are different in different departments and of different managers, they are not unified.

The team is a friendly and supportive. A place where you can experience and be exposed to clients from different industry.

Cons

Be prepared to endure long hours of work due to the nature of the business and the clients. This can be rewarding if you handle it positively.
